Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives materially damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email: info@tranquilocaballero.com

• Photographs of the product.
• Photographs of the shipping carton if damaged.
• Photographs of any damaged packaging.

Please retain the original products and packaging until the claim has been resolved.

Do Not Return Products Without Authorization

Please do not mail tobacco products back to us unless you have received return authorization and instructions from Tranquilo Caballero.

Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Opened or Smoked Cigars

Cigars that have been smoked, partially smoked, intentionally cut, significantly altered, or otherwise consumed generally cannot be returned except where required by law or when necessary to evaluate a legitimate product-quality claim.

Storage After Delivery

Customers are responsible for properly storing cigars after delivery.

Cigars should be transferred to an appropriately maintained humidor as soon as reasonably possible.

Damage caused by improper storage, excessive dryness, excessive humidity, exposure to heat, freezing conditions, direct sunlight, or other conditions occurring after delivery may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Accessories and Non-Tobacco Merchandise

If Tranquilo Caballero sells non-tobacco merchandise or accessories, unused and unopened eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to prior authorization. Items must be:

• Unused.
• Undamaged.
• In original condition.
• In original packaging.

Customized, personalized, engraved, final-sale, or clearance merchandise may not be returnable unless defective.

Refund Options
